Chip Cook is Vice President, Customer Service and Sales Operations. In this role, Chip has responsibility for global Customer Service and Sales center-of-excellence support. In the Customer Service role, Chip leads the principal customer contact organization for sales orders, order inquiry, follow-up and problem solving.
In Sales Operations, his organization provides leadership and the appropriate corporate platforms and policies for Pricing Management, CRM and Sales Training for the Global Business Units. This includes managing the Vendavo pricing optimization platform, the CRM platform and the sales training curriculum for the Business Units to ensure that these important programs are harmonized and leveraged to accelerate sales and profit growth across the company.
