Our paper mailers are an environmentally sound option for shipping a wide variety of goods.
Our kraft paper mailers are made with 100% recycled paper fibres. They are reusable and can be recycled with mixed paper in kerbside bins.

Paper Mailers
SEALED AIR® brand paper mailers effectively resist bending, creasing and folding while providing superior edge and corner protection. Engineered to be tough on the outside, these paper mailers are available in standard surface protection or rigid utility protection. The stiff construction makes it easy to insert soft items, helping to speed up packing in your operation.

Padded Paper Mailers
SEALED AIR® brand padded mailers are all-purpose mailers constructed from heavy-duty kraft with a uniform inner padding. The inner padding is made with macerated paper between the plies for cushioning, eliminating the need for added packing materials. Padded mailers are a practical, efficient, environmentally friendly alternative to a corrugated box.
- Reduces freight costs, minimises warehouse storage space, and simplifies inventory logistics
- Double-fold and double-glued bottom flap construction provides increased protection
- Optimal for shipping products that need cushioning during their journey but don’t require the added space of a carton or corrugated box

Cushioned Paper Mailers
BUBBLE WRAP® brand paper mailers with poly cushioning protect items with an internal layer of BUBBLE WRAP® brand cushioning. Fully laminated kraft and air cellular construction provide outstanding strength and puncture resistance. A seamless bottom adds additional cushioning protection and greater overall strength and safety. Perfect for items like jewel cases and books, with maximum cushioning on all sides.

PAPER MAILERS
Recycle-Ready Cushioned Paper Mailers
Our new recycle-ready* paper mailers are made with two separate components, both being recyclable. The co-extruded inner bubble is made with at least 60% recycled content, our new mailers are environmentally responsible.
*Sealed Air internally tests its products in alignment with relevant APR/PRE guidelines. Such testing does not imply and should not be interpreted as an endorsement of products or certification of results by APR or PRE. Degree of recyclability will vary depending on scope and availability of collection, sortation, and recycling programs.
- Available in PickPack format for easy dispensing (UK only)
- Lighter than corrugated boxes, saving packing time, warehouse space, and shipping costs
- Non-PE-coated paper can easily be recycled in paper waste streams
- Bubble contains a minimum of 60% recycled content
- When separated from paper, bubble can be reused or recycled in the appropriate waste stream (degree of recyclability will vary depending on scope and availability of collection and recycling programs)
