AUTOBAG^® brand offers a variety of cost-effective bagging machine technical services and parts options with an in-house Factory Service Repair Center and highly trained, experienced technicians.

Parts Credit Program

Many of the parts we offer qualify for our Core Eligible Parts Credit Program. Core Eligible Parts can be returned and replaced at significant savings. We offer same day shipping, and allow you up to 15 days to return your defective item, so there is no wait time for your parts to be repaired. All Core Eligible parts are repaired and updated by factory-direct technicians and come with a standard 90-day parts warranty.

Assembly Repair and Return Services

Repair and Return is the most cost effective method for bagging machine electronics assembly repairs. Repairs and vital updates are performed at our facility in one easy step. Simply send defective assemblies to our Factory Service Repair Center and we will repair and return the assembly to you, typically within just 2 weeks. Repair services are performed by our factory-direct technicians and offer a 90-day parts and labor warranty. Rush service is also available for your convenience.

Custom Machine Repair and Reconditioning Services

Our Factory Service Repair Center also offers custom repair and reconditioning services on all of our baggers, printers and infeeds. All repairs and services are performed by our experienced technicians using genuine AUTOBAG^® brand and SidePouch^® components to ensure optimum performance.
