Belinda Hyde is Chief People Officer at Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE: SEE).
Prior to joining the company in 2024, Belinda served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Waters Corporation, SPX FLOW and Schnitzer Steel. She has also held leadership roles in business and cultural transformation, executive development, talent management, compensation, benefits, training, internal communications and business partner support at companies such as Caltex Petroleum, Dell Computer, Invitrogen and Celanese Corporation.
Belinda is passionate about enhancing organizational capability and cultivating a work environment characterized by energy, enthusiasm and personal fulfillment. Her commitment to these goals is reflected in her extensive experience with global, publicly traded companies, where she has consistently contributed to the development of thriving individuals and organizations.
Belinda earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas, as well as a master’s degree and doctorate in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Houston.
