CRYOVAC® Brand Automated Bag Loaders

CRYOVAC® brand Automatic Bag Loaders bring production efficiency to the process of preparing large, heavy food items for primary packaging.

While the AL75 and AL101 are high-speed bagging systems for deli slicing logs and fresh meats respectively, the CL20 is a specialized machine that inserts 40# cheese blocks into gusseted pouches.

Designed as components of a fully automated packaging line CRYOVAC® automatic bag loaders reduce labor risks associated with repetitive motion and high stress positions while moving heavy objects. These systems integrate easily with other CRYOVAC® equipment including conveyors, vacuum systems, and turners, and are designed for quick servicing and easy product changeovers.

CRYOVAC® AL75 and AL101 systems qualify for the SEE Advanced Maintenance Program (AMP), a proactive, preventive maintenance plan that makes it easy to budget and schedule regular maintenance on your own terms, so you can avoid costly, lost production hours due to unexpected downtime.

Frequently Asked Questions

Automated bag loading is critical when handling large, heavy food products such as slicing logs of processed meat and cheese, large cuts of fresh beef or pork, or processor-sized cheese blocks. Lifting or pulling a bag manually over these heavy, somewhat unwieldy products during a typical production shift creates the risk for employee injury. In addition, using mechanical means to insert products into bags provides a cleaner and more consistent position of the product in the bag itself, which then makes it easier to automate the next step of the packaging process.
