Our films not only extend shelf life but also ensure your products stand out in the case. Available in both standard and deep draw formats, our Forming Films are engineered to work seamlessly with non-forming films in vacuum and MAP thermoforming equipment. Utilizing molds and vacuum pumps, these films create consistently shaped food packages that boast air-tight seals, ensuring freshness and quality.
Complementing our forming films, our Non-Forming Films excel in optical and printing characteristics, making them ideal for branding and product visibility. These films can be custom-tailored with our Multi-Seal FlexLok® technology, offering easy-open or resealable configurations to enhance user convenience.

In the packaging industry, a web is a continuous roll of a flexible material such as paper, film, or foil, that will go through the process of being formed, converted, or printed.Bottom web typically describes the material used for the bottom of a 2-part package. Top web typically describes the material that covers the package, such as piece of lid film. Web materials are typically used for high-volume, high-speed packaging operations.
2-part flexible packaging is used in the food sector as well as pharmaceutical, medical, industrial product and consumer goods industries. Based on the type of equipment used and the item being packaged, forming and non-forming webs can be made of the same or entirely different materials and have different forms – such as a smooth, tight lid adhered to a semi-rigid tray or thermoformed flexible bottom.
