Product sensors and timing match for uninterrupted flow of products to rotary vacuum chamber machines.
Delivers Consistency
Product sensors ensure proper positioning on each platen of the rotary vacuum chamber system to create sealing consistency and package integrity.
Single Operator
Our PPI is designed to communicate with the central processing unit of the 8600 series rotary system so one operator can manage the full line.

The PPI system features two synchronized conveyors—a dedicated infeed conveyor and a load conveyor—designed to seamlessly match the speed of the rotary vacuum chamber’s platens. This ensures precise product positioning for optimal processing efficiency.
Each PPI system is custom-tailored to fit the specific chamber size of your rotary vacuum chamber machine, ensuring a seamless handoff in preparation for vacuum packaging.
Our systems come with one of two sensing variants: through-beam sensing for smoked and processed meats and cheese, and camera vision sensing for fresh red meats and bone-in products. Both can be controlled through an integrated communication system available on certain models of 8600 rotary vacuum chamber machines.

Rotary vacuum packaging equipment is designed to operate in a continuous motion for optimum throughput and efficiency. Rotary chamber machines have up to 12 plates or platens that move from infeed to sealing to output and through again. If an operator takes too much time positioning product on a platen by hand, the platen is missed and the rotary system throughput reduced. Automating this function and timing it to match the speed of the rotary system helps ensure maximum throughput as products load onto every platen every time.
